THE KITCHEN ALTAR
is my solution for restoring cultural variation to the kitchens of this digital age. Its presence lends the place a soul, as is fitting for the heart of a household. The kitchen altar is thus really an institution. It accommodates the special cup for the Earl Grey and shows off to advantage the current favorite service. It retrieves the best of the discarded glass cupboard containing grandmother's Rose pieces.
The kitchen altar is a unique artefact designed in multiple variations using finely worked but primitive materials that endow it with a strong presence.
The kitchen altar is also home to some of my creations because it should be bursting with charm and energy.
